Pallet weight calculator

Multiply the number of boxes by the weight per box, then add the empty pallet's own weight (typically 20-30kg for a wood pallet). That gives the gross shipping weight.

Weight and density together drive freight class and truck payload limits. A heavy pallet may hit a container's or trailer's maximum payload well before running out of floor space — see the freight class and container capacity pages for how that plays out.
